Get to Know Kanban Fellows Rodrigo Yoshima and Andy Carmichael

June 2, 2021 by Kanban University

Today we are proud to introduce our next two Kanban Distinguished Fellows as they chat with Kanban University Chairman Todd Little. Watch his interviews with Rodrigo and Andy below to learn more about their contributions to the Kanban community and thoughts on our tenth anniversary.

“I think that Brazil is accepting of Kanban because of its evolutionary nature and Brazilians are also enthusiasts of new things. I can say it’s growing mostly because it works. Also Kanban has proven to be robust to remote work and I think Kanban will keep growing in this new normal after the pandemic.”

Rodrigo Yoshima

“Kanban has always been, in the Agile community and in general in management techniques, small and slightly off to the side. Over the 10 years I’ve been involved it has changed significantly. It has become more mature, and no pun intended, the Kanban Maturity Model has given coaches a real way to engage with companies and the way they are delivering services to customers.”

Andy Carmichael
